Circumstances under which exchanges or refunds may be made

  • If you receive an item with Serious defects, breakage, deterioration or non-conformity with the order.Please check with us when you receive the product. Within 24 hours Contact us.

  • Please provide us with relevant photos (defective areas, packaging and shipping documents) so that we can confirm the problem.

  • Upon confirmation, we will offer an item exchange or refund.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted

  • Due to personal taste differences or not meeting personal expectations.

  • Received more than 24 hours without request.

  • The product has been unpacked, partially consumed or spoiled due to improper storage.
